LINUX NETWORX NAMES RICHARD SCHUH CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

	SANDY, UTAH, MAY 16, 2000 - Linux NetworX Inc., a provider of
large-scale clustered computer solutions for Internet, industry and
research fields, named Richard Schuh chief operations officer. Schuh, a
seasoned executive in the computer industry, will manage strategic growth,
sales/profit forecasts and day-to-day operations for Linux NetworX. 

	Prior to joining Linux NetworX, Schuh served as group president for
SBS Technologies in Albuquerque, N.M. where he guided the company's fastest
growing and most profitable division to a ten-fold increase in revenue and
profit. 

	"Richard brings a track record of leading fast, profitable growth
in the high technology arena," said Glen Lowry president and CEO of Linux
NetworX. "As Linux NetworX continues to extend market penetration, increase
cluster production and hire additional team members, Richard's experience
will play a vital role managing company growth." 

	Schuh is the latest addition to the Linux NetworX upper
management. The company will continue to hire top talent, like Schuh, to
boost the company's knowledge and expertise as it gathers investment
funding and forms strategic business partnerships. 

About Richard Schuh
	Schuh brings with him more than 16 years of experience helping high
technology companies successfully manage growth. As chief operations
officer, Schuh will oversee various departments day-to-day operations as
Linux NetworX progresses into an aggressive growth period. In addition to
working as group president for SBS Technologies, Schuh also spent eight
years at Loral Instrumentation. While at Lorel, Schuh advanced through the
ranks to lead project engineer for multi-million dollar satellite ground
stations. Schuh received a bachelor's degree in computer science from
National University in San Diego, Calif., and is an alumnus of the Stanford
Executive Management Program.
