Subject: MandrakeSoft and Pro Team Announce Agreement to Bundle Linux-Mandrake 

Pasadena, CA - June 5, 2000 - MandrakeSoft, the publisher of the
powerful and user-friendly Linux-Mandrake operating system, today
announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Pro Team Computer
Corp., a Taiwanese mainboard manufacturer. As a result of this
alliance, Pro Team Computer Corp. will bundle and ship the
Linux-Mandrake OS free with AZZA mainboards beginning in the third
quarter of this year. Pro Team Computer expects to ship approximately
720,000 boards per year with Linux-Mandrake, mostly to the North
American and Asian markets.

Pro Team chose the Linux-Mandrake distribution after concluding that
it is the most powerful, complete and easy-to-use Linux distribution
available. "This is an integral part of our goal to offer a complete
computing solution to our SOHO customers," said Mr. Alan Tan, General
Manager of Pro Team. "With Linux-Mandrake, our customers will now have
a reliable mainboard to serve as the heart of their computer and a
stable operating system as the soul."
