ANNOUNCE: Tcl MovieController

This is a "Tcl-only-QuickTime-look-alike-megawidget-movie-controller".  It
provides a graphical user interface to extensions and applications for
audio and video playback. Its main task is to provide a consistent user
interface to platforms not (yet) currently supported by QuickTimeTcl.

Some features:
	
	-	Volume control pop up window.
	
	-	Play/stop, rewind, fast forward buttons; all have a
		"pushed" state.

	-	Premade bindings to a sound object from the snack package:
		'-snacksound soundName'.

Should work on all platforms supported by Tcl/Tk. Tested on MacOS,
Windows98, Linux x86, LinuxPPC, Sun/Solaris.
