In case you're interested, there are a couple of proposals under
discussion by the Tcl Core Team relating to the mechanisms we'll
use for fixing bugs and adding new features to Tcl.  One proposal
describes a system of "maintainers" who have primary responsibility
for pieces of the core, plus a patches mailing list used to submit
and process code changes.  The other proposal describes a "TIP"
(Tcl Improvement Proposal) mechanism for describing new features.

If you want to learn about additional proposals in the future, I'd

for at least a while...).
