3. Problem description:

/usr/lib/R/bin/LIBINDEX was missing from the R-base-1.1.0-4 package shipped
in PowerTools 7 resulting in an error message from RPM while installing the
package. The updated R-base-1.1.0-5 package addresses this problem.

4. Solution:

For each RPM for your particular architecture, run:

rpm -Fvh [filename]

where filename is the name of the RPM.
