METRO LINK ENTERS STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH ONCORE SYSTEMS CORPORATION

Fort Lauderdale, FL October 16, 2000 -- Metro Link Inc.,
(http://www.metrolink.com) the leader in graphical display software, has
joined OnCore Systems Corp., (http://www.oncoresystems.com) in a
strategic relationship to provide a complete graphical solution to
customers in the mission-critical and avionics community requiring
robust platforms and FAA RTCA/EUROCAE DO-178B certification.

Metro Link's X Window System server, Micro-X, can be implemented with
the OnCore Operating System in its embedded Linux and UNIX capacities.
Micro-X is specifically designed for embedded systems, providing the
smallest footprint possible for the features required. In addition, it
will easily complement FAA-certified environments with OnCore's
certifiable RTOS, MicroC/OS-II.

"Metro Link's prior experience in the avionics community, including
their software contributions in the Boeing 777 and the 767 AWACS, makes
them the perfect graphics solution for OnCore's certified solutions,"
said Chip Downing, President and CEO of OnCore Systems. "In addition,
their X Window products are a perfect fit for OnCore's family of
embedded Linux platforms."

"The OnCore team has vast experience in the avionics/aerospace industry
that Metro Link can leverage as part of our own FAA RTCA/EUROCAE DO-178B
certification," said Morgan Von Essen, President and CEO of Metro Link.
"Our strategic alliance will provide customers with one of the few
complete solutions for the avionics community."
