Hi all,

well I guess most x.0 versions contain some annoying bugs; 0.7.0 is no
exception. So here are some changes:

* The e2fsprogs patch contained a leftover that slipped me. The patch
  doesn't compile cleanly from scratch (trivial fix). Requires
  applying the new patch and re-building e2fsprogs. (Actually, only
  lib/ext2fs/ext_attr.c changed, so replacing this file would do).

* Copying permissions of directories between filesystems triggered
  a small bug in the kernel patches (an empty ACL was rejected with 
  errno=EINVAL). Non-fatal fix in the ACL kernel patches. Requires
  applying the new ACL patch(es) and re-building the kernel. (Actually,
  only fs/posix_acl_ext_attr.c changed, so replacing this file would do).

* Meanwhile, I also added GNU gettext support and a German translation
  to the ACL utilities. For those not interested in (a) the German
  translation or (b) submitting some more translations, there's no
  reason to update the ACL utilities.
