London, UK; Freiburg, Germany (27th November 2000) - RedWire Limited, an
International IT Systems Integrator with focus on Linux / Open Source
Solutions, anounced today that both companies have signed a Distribution /
Partnership agreement.

RedWire will take over the distribution and technical support for Pyramid
Computer Systems GmbH in the UK & Ireland and offer Linux / Open Source
Solutions to its customers based on Pyramid Computer Hardware.

This co-operation agreement will further strenghten the Linux and expansion
strategies of both companies and represents another step in RedWire's
determination to be able to offer high quality and cost effective IT
Solutions. RedWire's service and know-how in the development of turn-key
solutions as well as Pyramid's hardware and appliance solutions offer an
optimal Solutions Environment for corporates.
