Date: Tue, 5 Dec 2000 23:12:09 -0800 From: Greg KH <greg@kroah.com> To: linux-usb-devel@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: [linux-usb-devel] [ANNOUNCE] usbview 1.0 release I have just released a new version of usbview which is available at http://www.kroah.com/linux-usb/ This release fixes a bunch of annoying little things, like improper names for devices that drivers would grab more than one interface on, and lots of gtk+ dialog tweaks. I did receive a few entries for the logo of the program, and for this version I hacked up a image by M G Berberich for the About dialog. I'll be using the other images in future versions if the authors don't mind. Here is the full changelog for this version: - fixed problem for devices that grabbed more than one interface, the name of the device would show up repeated a bunch. This was true for a lot of audio and video devices. - Tweaked the configuration dialog a bit. - Tweaked the about dialog a bit. - Everything seems stable, so let's put a major number on this release. - added a pixmap hacked up from an image by M G Berberich <berberic@fmi.uni-passau.de> to the about screen - cleaned up the spec file to hopefully build a bit better on different versions of different distros. thanks, greg k-h -- greg@(kroah|wirex).com _______________________________________________ linux-usb-devel@lists.sourceforge.net To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/linux-usb-devel
