TeamLinux and Muze Inc. to expand relationship
TeamLinux to Provide Hardware and Service Support for Leading Entertainment
Retail Kiosk Company

DAYTON, OHIO (January 4, 2001) - In continuing with the commitment to
further develop its kiosk division, TeamLinux Corporation, an
internationally recognized design, development and manufacturing team
specializing in interactive kiosks, Web-enabled products and e-commerce, is
expanding its relationship with Muze Inc. to provide hardware support and
service for its existing and future kiosk customers. Muze, the leading
provider of entertainment product content and merchandising solutions, has a
current customer base of more than 500 clients with an installed base of
3900 kiosks in 1400 prime retail locations throughout the U.S. and in seven
foreign countries. Muze's customers include such clients as Barnes & Noble,
Tower Records, Virgin Mega Stores, Borders Group Inc. and TransWorld
Entertainment Corp.

"This relationship with Muze enables TeamLinux to focus on and further
develop its kiosk division," said Dan Maher, TeamLinux chairman and chief
executive officer. "Muze has proven to be one of the most respected data and
software providers in the entertainment retail space, and TeamLinux is
honored to have been selected as a premiere provider for its clients'
hardware and service needs."

This new multi-year contract provides for TeamLinux to be the premiere
provider for all hardware and service. Muze will continue to provide its
proprietary software and be the first level of contact for any Muze system
issues. TeamLinux will also honor all existing warranties and on-site
service agreements. Muze previously worked with several subcontractors to
manufacture kiosks and with one contractor to provide field service.

"Muze's goal is to provide its customer base with the best access to our
entertainment product information on high quality, leading-edge interactive
kiosks, together with the highest level of service and support," said Trev
Huxley, Executive Vice President and one of the founders of Muze. "TeamLinux
has demonstrated a similar commitment, and we are confident that our
customers will benefit from this relationship."
