STEELEYE AND LINUX NETWORX FORM STRATEGIC OEM PARTNERSHIP TO DELIVER RELIABLE
ENTERPRISE-CLASS LINUX WEB SERVER APPLIANCES

High Availability Linux NetworX Evolocity Clusters to Offer SteelEye's LifeKeeper®
for Maximum Protection of Up-Time for Business-Critical Web Servers

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. and SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - SteelEye Technology, Inc., a
leading provider of enterprise application reliability solutions, announced today
a strategic OEM agreement with Linux NetworX, Inc. (www.linuxnetworx.com), a
provider of large-scale clustered computer solutions for Internet, industry and
research fields. Linux NetworX will offer SteelEye's LifeKeeper® for Linux Next
Generation Enterprise Reliability™ platform in the solutions it provides to eBusiness
customers requiring the highest standards of availability, reliability and performance
for their business-critical systems, data and applications on Linux. The agreement
also includes broad-reaching co-marketing and joint technical support activities.

"Linux NetworX customers demand turnkey high performance Linux clusters with
unmatched system reliability - SteelEye's LifeKeeper helps us deliver highly
available Internet solutions," said Glen Lowry, president and CEO of Linux NetworX.
"For our high performance Internet customers, the auto failover and recovery
capabilities of LifeKeeper, packaged with Linux NetworX Evolocityä cluster systems,
bring system reliability to a new level."

Linux NetworX designs powerful Linux cluster systems for high performance and
high availability needs. Evolocity is a complete cluster solution, including
computational hardware and versatile management software, ClusterWorX®. Evolocity
systems can outperform supercomputers and enterprise-class servers for a fraction
of the cost. Cluster technology is a method of linking multiple compute nodes
together to form a unified, more powerful system.

"Linux NetworX is one of our key OEM partners and we are very excited about the
customer benefits of this alliance," said Jim Fitzgerald, president and CEO of
SteelEye. "With LifeKeeper for Linux, Linux NetworX can offer customers a scalable,
economical solution for protecting their business-critical environments, with
assurance of global availability and support.''

SteelEye's LifeKeeper for Linux maximizes the high availability of clustered
Linux systems and applications by monitoring system and application health, maintaining
client accessibility and providing uninterrupted data access regardless of where
clients reside-on the corporate intranet, extranet or Internet. LifeKeeper utilizes
industry-proven technology to automatically restore application services by either
restarting them locally or relocating them to another server in the cluster.
This functionality helps LifeKeeper users to eliminate risks associated with
a single point of failure and allows Linux systems to meet the stringent availability
requirements of mission-critical operations by creating a fault resilient environment.
