EIC2001, the 2nd annual Embedded Internet Conference, will be held on August
14-16, 2001 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.  If you want to be a
chairperson at the Conference, please fill out the form at the bottom of the

The schedule is roughly as follows:
Tuesday, August 14th

5 - 7 pm   Issues Roundtable (question undetermined)

Wednesday, August 15th

10:30 am - Noon  Short Papers and Panels
1:30 pm - 3 pm  Short Papers and Panels
3:45 pm - 5:15 pm Short Papers and Panels
10 am - 5 pm  Open Tutorials (1-hr slots plus panels)

Thursday, August 16th

I have indicated the currently set times for the short paper and panel
sessions on the form.  For the regular tutorials and open tutorials, you may
indicate a preferred time (no guarantees).  We will send out confirmations
as soon as possible so you can set the date on your calendar.  Thanks very

arrange for participants in each session (your suggestions are obviously
welcome). The Conference reserves all the usual rights to refuse unsuitable
presentations, move presenters or chairpersons between sessions, and trade
chairpeople to other conferences for draft choices, salary-cap reductions,
and other considerations.
