At Ximian, Miceli will be responsible for the company's financial direction. Previously, Miceli was vice president of finance and a founding employee of e-Steel Corporation; vice president of business development and strategic planning at GE Capital Mortgage Corporation; vice president of the Corporate Finance Group at Jefferies & Company, Inc.; and principal of the Investment Banking Group at Southcoast Capital Corporation. Miceli received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Administration at the University of Rochester.
