LinuxForce Inc. Launches New Company, AdminForce Remote LLC

   Boulder, CO -- March 29, 2001 --  AdminForce Remote LLC has been formed
   as a new, spin-off company from its parent, LinuxForce Inc., and
   Christopher J. Fearnley has been named president and chief technology
   officer of the new company.
   
   Announcement of the corporate decision was made here today by Charles B.
   Fleming, chairman and chief executive officer of LinuxForce Inc.
   
   "The split into two companies is market driven and separates development
   from maintenance functions," Fleming said. "The focus on reducing product
   and service costs to customers made it clear these goals could best be
   met by activities derived from different skill sets," he said.
   
   Fearnley has served as executive vice president and chief of technology
   at LinuxForce since its inception. He has been involved as a leader in
   the Linux and Debian GNU/Linux communities for eight years.
   
   Fearnley said the new entity is focused on on-going systems maintenance
   to provide a low cost per managed server option for cost-conscious
   businesses.
   
   He said the family of AdminForce Remote® products and services provide
   systems administration, monitoring and a sophisticated automated
   reporting system for Linux-based Enterprise Web Platforms, e-commerce
   systems, and other enterprise servers.
   
   Fearnley said "the product line and services can be delivered at new
   levels of savings for IT customers."
   
   "AdminForce Remote is focused on providing the technical and customer
   support infrastructure needed for large-scale application of the remote
   systems management procedures that LinuxForce developed," Fearnley said.
