Subject: How to orphan packages properly

There has recently been a change in the way packages are orphaned.
In particular, you should no longer use the address
debian-qa@lists.debian.org, but packages@qa.debian.org. Thus, when
you upload your package one last time in order to orphan it, please
set the Maintainer header as follows:

Maintainer: Debian QA Group <packages@qa.debian.org>

As a refresher: when orphaning a package, file a O: bug as described
in the WNPP (see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/) and upload the
package once more to change the Maintainer header as described above.
