equity investment of $2.5 million from two Boston-based venture

We have also just released WebEvent 3.4.2.  It contains a much
requested feature called 'end date for repeating events' plus numerous

Finally, we expect to announce support for MacOS X and Windows 2000
within the next 30 days.  (NOTE: Many customers using WebEvent on these
platforms think we should announce official support today, but we like
to err on the side of caution.)
