The topic will be:

  "Kylix" Rapid Application Development IDE
  presented by Borland Software Corporation

  Kylix is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool for Linux;
  an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
  It combines a visual design environment, editor,
  compiler, debugger, tracer, database connectivity, web
  development capabilites and more.
