As part of the planned acquisition, the two companies signed a letter of intent for an operating agreement allowing EBIZ to manufacture Linux NetworX cluster compute nodes in its Houston, Texas Technology Center. A new operating agreement between the two companies will allow EBIZ to manufacture certain components of Linux NetworX cluster systems. EBIZ will also join the LNXI Cluster Partner Program to become a non-exclusive reseller of Linux NetworX cluster computer solutions.
