Bynari says they  will provide TradeXCH purchasers with the new Insight
Client at no charge at least through through May 31, 2001. Users of TradeXCH
can e-mail ebiz@bynari.net and will receive download instructions.

"Anyone with a legitimate key, whether permanent or temporary can take
advantage of this offer," said Bob Carpenter. "We want to make sure Bynari's
customers understand our intentions to promote goodwill among our user
base." 

TradeXCH 1.0 became available in August of last year. Aside from direct
purchases from Bynari's Web Store, several fulfillment houses including
Tucows and Buyonet marketed the product. The last version of TradeXCH
marketed via consumer distribution ended with version 1.2-4. TradeXCH's last
release includes 2.0.

"TradeXCH's reliance on PMAS which installed on Windows NT servers caused
difficulty for our users," says Bynari's senior product manager. "Exchange
administrators used every excuse imaginable and then some to keep Linux off
their networks. Now, Insight users do not have that bother."
