Alumni Identity Cards Support LPI Membership Cards and Win a FREE ELPIK Penguin! LPI alumni and other interested persons have expressed an interest in creating credit card sized Alumni Identification Cards. These cards will have the LPI logo and the name of LPIC graduates with their Level of Certification noted on the card. A great way to demonstrate your expertise in Linux administration, the cards will be available to all certificants once produced. However, there is a cost of about $1300 for producing a 1-2 year supply of these Identification cards. Several LPI supporters and Alumni have generously made contributions to the fund which was set up for creating these cards, but we need ten more Individual sponsorships of $100 to order the cards. If you can contribute, please send your donation of $100 using Paypal (at www.paypal.com to wilma@lpi.org) or contact Wilma for alternate methods. All contributor names will be entered into a drawing for an ELPIK Penguin. ELPIK is a Tux penguin wearing a graduation cap and an LPI tshirt, and would love to sit proudly on the desk of a generous LPI contributor! 5. New Sponsor We are very pleased to tell you that our newest corporate sponsor of the LPI program is INTEL CORP. http://www.lpi.org/a-sponsors.html We would like to thank Intel for their support and hope to continue to work together as the LPI program grows. 6.
