THE TOLIS GROUP TO BRING ADVANCED BACKUP SOLUTIONS TO MARKET BASED ON THE 
VENERABLE BRU[tm] TECHNOLOGY

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona - July 11, 2001 - The TOLIS Group, Inc., a
Talented Organization Leveraging Intelligent Solutions, today
announces the acquisition of all rights to the BRU backup and restore
software.  As the new owner of this leading backup technology, TOLIS
Group will be providing backup and recovery solutions that are based
upon the most reliable backup technology available to date.  BRU is
the proven backup engine that has evolved over 16 years and continues
to provide reliable data protection on UNIX and Linux based systems
worldwide.

"As the name of our corporation implies, a "talented organization,"
we've harnessed the expertise of a core group to bring new and
exciting data protection products to market," said Jeffrey Rassás,
chairman and CEO of The TOLIS Group.  "Our management team, comprised
of engineering and marketing backup solution experience complemented
by business management and turnaround specialists, will kick-off TOLIS
Group with products based on the BRU engine."

The TOLIS Group purchased the BRU intellectual property rights and
other technology from Atipa Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri.
Atipa was the parent corporation of Enhanced Software Technologies,
Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona, the original producer of BRU.  The TOLIS
Group was formed by a group of industry-respected individuals to
address the growing need for highly reliable and functional solutions
to protect today's critical data.

"Atipa has always believed that BRU is a best-in-breed technology that
is well-positioned to expand marketshare in the years ahead," said
Darrek Porter, Director of Corporate Communications for Atipa.  "While
Atipa had to make the difficult decision to focus the whole of its
corporate resources on another growing subsidiary, we are pleased to
have reached an agreement with the TOLIS Group that will enable BRU to
live on and prosper under the guidance of this talented management
team," he added.
 
"BRU is arguably the best backup engine in the marketplace today, and
the solutions we'll be bringing to market will be very exciting," said
Tim Jones, president & CTO of the TOLIS Group and former vice
president of development at Enhanced Software Technologies.

"Our solutions will incorporate the inherent reliability of BRU,
coupled with the additional functionality required in today's
marketplace.  BRU's roots will be sprouting new branches."

Additionally, Bob Christ, formerly vice president of marketing at
Enhanced Software Technologies, brings his experience and excitement
to the organization as vice president and CMO.  Combined, the
management team has almost 100 years of successful high-technology
experience to apply to this new venture.

The breadth of products planned for development by TOLIS Group is
expansive.  They include backup software support of desktop, mobile,
and client/server computing, operating system support beyond the
popular UNIX's, and an advanced network computing backup product.  A
new system disaster recovery product will also be available that is
operating system transparent.  Pre-configured solutions comprised of
hardware and software components selected and tested for seamless
interoperability will be offered as well.

TOLIS will honor the Enhanced Software Technologies' support contracts
currently in effect, and will provide expert technical support for BRU
users covered by these contracts.

The TOLIS Group also acquired the rights to the Linux Tape Device
Certification Program.  This initiative tests and approves OEM tape
devices for use within the Linux environment, and has been provided as
a service to the Linux community.  The Group will maintain the spirit
of the program and expand its capabilities.
