   Editorial 05 October 2001
   The mailing-lists

Martin Brecher wrote a script to add your GNUstep Apps to the Window
Maker menu. And updated the GNUMail.app guide.

Fred Kiefer proposes Popup menus without black borders. Which is
   accepted.

A little discussion went on about archiving GUI objects, and program
writers watch out. New code has hit the gui-tree.

The hit of the week was Adam selling T-shirts and he will be speaking
on FOSDEM in Brussels this will be on the 16/17 Feb. 2002.

Nicola Pero provided the list with a new header file that makes
porting GNUstep apps to MacOS X easier.

NOTE: Ludovic needs a helping hand to incorportate support for MacPGP
   in Mail.app.
   Code changes

Major changes in the GNUstep make package. Nicola Pero changed almost
every variable you can think of that has to do with Libraries. There
is luckily only one backwards incompatibility change and that is in
   common.make. Let's start testing!

New version of the NSTimeZones.tar was added and an update for UTF8
   coding done bij Richard Frith-Macdonald.

Fred Kiefer tidied up NSPopup with the previous described results.
   Applications

GORM: Adam Fedor updated the NSButton code, and added an entirely new
   class called GormCustomeView.
