They are ready, so let's release
          LablGTK 1.2.2 and LablGL 0.96 for OCaml 3.03 alpha

These new releases are only for ocaml 3.03 alpha. You cannot install them
on 3.02. Wait if you are not adventurous.
They both adapt to the new style, and add dynamic loading.
