Problem Description:

 The sendmail packages available for Mandrake Linux 8.0 have long delays
 in sending messages due to RBL lookups that are enabled by default.
 This update disables RBL lookups by default which eliminates the delay.

the downloaded package.  You can do this with the command:
  rpm --checksig package.rpm
