Date: 2002-01-03 Affected versions: TSL 1.2, 1.5 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Problem description: The %preun script in the old proftpd package was broken so that a simple upgrade would kill and remove the service from all runlevels. This is now fixed. In addition we have upgraded to version 1.2.4 which includes several minor internal fixes. This is not a critical bugfix, but still we regard proftpd to be a package one want to keep up to date. Action: We recommend that all systems with this package installed are upgraded. Please note that if you do not need the functionality provided by this package, you may want to remove it form your system.
