After 2 months of developpment, Xfce 3.8.14 has been released.

It includes several enhancements, including :

- Huge enhancements on xftree file manager that turn xftree into a very nice tool.
- Overall speed and ICCCM compliance improvements in xfwm
- A lot of various small visual enhancements
- Bugfixes.
