ok folks, we`re into the hopefully last of the 1.5.13 release candidates,
bugtrashing ho !

also, we have the sparc port mostly sync`d up to par with the current tree,
expect 1.5.13 to mostly work on sparc, and 1.5.14 to bring full sparc support !

1.5.13 release expected end of month. next stabilizer release end of april.
