The address is: http://www.ibiblio.org/studioforrecording/ Our main web site is beginning to fill in, and can be visited at: http://www.studioforrecording.org/ This is an Open Source Project dedicated to broadening the base of Public Domain works. The organization fulfills its mission by providing a model for creating community-based recording studios that provide FREE recording services for members of the community. In return, participants agree to place their works in the Public Domain. It is also important to note that these young [and old and established] artists and musicians will also have guidance and assistance in collaborating with and using the resources of Lawrence Lessig's Creative Commons Project. There is new ground-breaking in this area, and studioforrecording.org is pleased to be able to explore alternatives to our present Music Industry professional track. The Internet provides an opportunity for individuals/bands to market their products, to engage in business strategies that don't depend on producers and record labels to be successful. To this end, we encourage you and your readers to visit our "Model" and possibly draw from it to expand and develop other successful Internet business models. Respectfully, Tom Poe Co-founder Studio For Recording, Inc. http://www.studioforrecording.org/ Community-studios@ibiblio.org
