- Bug fixes: up-apic, NIPQUAD, pagemap include in fs, mmx-xmm init
- VM-34
- irqbalance on top of O(1)-scheduler, timer-balance is already
  included in mainline

The ide-9 update has stayed out of this because it still hangs. Will wait
